He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hickcox and Erma Hickcox (Pine); his wife Gayle Olive Thomas of Ridgeway; his son Douglas; and his daughter-in-law Jackie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheryl Viste (George) of Sturgeon Bay, Julie Broberg (Terry) of Bonney Lake, WA and Carla Orson (Russ) of Maple Lake, MN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to American Heart Association (heart.org) are greatly appreciated.
