He was predeceased by: his parents, Golden Scoggin and Pauline Scoggin (Esmeyer); and his brothers, Lester "Bud" and Odell Scoggin. He is survived by: his wife Marlyn (Haime) of Ridgeland; his children, Steve Wilquet (Carrie) of Carpentersville, IL and Jennifer Waterhouse (Dale) of Redding, CA; his grandchildren, Andrew, Chloe, Elise, Josh, Katie and Bryan; and his great grandchild Lincoln. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
