He was predeceased by: his parents, Clements Chitwood and Barbara Chitwood (Dalton); his siblings, Ben Chitwood, Jeannie Neff, Janice Chitwood and Joel Chitwood; his in-laws, Jack and Mary Biba; and his brother-in-law Raymond Wayne Stanfley.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Biba; his daughter Melissa Franzen (Paul) of Maplewood, MN; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Chitwood of Rockford, IL, Patsy McKinzie of Waunakee and Judy Stanfley of Dubuque. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
