He is survived by: his parents, Jane Dvorak of Richland Center and John Boe of Richland Center; his brother Michael Boe of Richland Center; his cousins, Lisa Winterberg of Onalaska, David, Steven, Kristin Dvorak, Shelle Koch, Jenny Ciebell (Brandon), Laura Vodak, Kody, Kole Boe, Rachel, Alicia and Savannah Boe; and his half-sisters, Faith Baribeau and Hope Jones.
