He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVern Whiteaker and Jean Whiteaker (Knaus); and his brothers, Terry and John "Jack" Whiteaker. He is survived by: his girlfriend Bonnie Withington of Richland Center; and his siblings, Beverly George (Rodney) of Soldiers Grove, Gwendolyn Gardner (Lynn) of Gays Mills, Thomas Whiteaker of Muscoda, Sally Carlson (Curt) of Spring Green, Timothy Whiteaker of Richland Center and Claudette Behling of Arena. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
