With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandy L. LeVake (Richland Center, Wisconsin), born in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 14, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Johnson and Elizabeth Johnson; her brother Michael Johnson; and her nephew Brian 'BJ Johnson. She is survived by: her daughters, Genifer Oliver 'LeVake', Karla, Kelly and Katie LeVake; her sons-in-law, Steve Baez and Kyler Koch; her grandchildren, Sandra LeVake, Enzo Garcia and Jovonie LeVake; her great grandchild Aria Koch; her sisters, Diane Evans and Sue Ariss; her brother-in-law Mason Evans; her nephews, Ricky and Ronnie Evan; her great-nephew Christopher (Joey Evans); and also Weston Evans.
