Collins of Phoenix, AZ, Steve Collins (Kate) of Baraboo, Anne O'Leary of Richland Center, Joan Collins (Shannon Humphrey) of Kansas City, Joe Collins of Richland Center, Maureen Collins of Richland Center and John Collins (Renette) of Richland Center. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
