It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalee Wheat of Richland Center, Wisconsin, born in Safford, Arizona, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Lee Smithson; her husband Robert Lee Wheat; her great grandchild Baylor Fillhouer; her mother Luella Boatwright (Bowman); her stepfather Harvey Boatwright; and her brother John Boatwright.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Potter (Jim) of Minneapolis, MN, Sharon Wheat (Randy Keller) of Richland Center, Lynne Dosch (Dan) of Onalaska, WI and Robert S. Wheat (Maxine) of Monroe, WI; her grandchildren, Chris Fillhouer of Roseville, MN, Cassie De Leon (Matt) of Plymouth, MN, Nick Fillhouer (Chelsea) of Franklin, TN, Trevor Dosch (Shianne Reschke) of La Crescent, MN, Reid Dosch (Kenzi Berg) of Westby, WI, Andy Wheat of Chicago, IL and Vincent Wheat of St. Paul, MN.; and her great grandchildren, Bode, Benson, Baxley Fillhouer and Wyatt Dosch. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and close friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to PEO Chapter R Scholarship Fund, Richland Hospital Foundation or Richland Hospital Partners Scholarship Fund.
