He is survived by: his children, Herman Polesky (Nicki) of Richland Center, Peter Polesky (Johanna) of Viola, Michael Polesky of Beaver Dam and Katie Boone (Justin) of Soldiers Grove; his close friend Diane Burgette of Richland Center; his grandchildren, Courtney, Cody, Destiny, Kiera, John, Dusty and Mason; his sister-in-law Linda Polesky of Harmony, Minnesota; and also, Amber Schutes (Rob) of Richland Center, Katie Eggleston of Holmen, Lee Eggleston (Amanda) of Richland Center, Bill Toney (Whitney) of Cashton, Shiann, Devin, Zander, Marlena and Breah.
