She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Gilligan and Dorothy Gilligan. She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Niles (Dave) of Menomonee Falls, WI, Gilly Gilligan (Marilyn) of Richland Center, Colleen Schmitz (John) of Chapel Hill, NC, Nancy Gilligan of Mindoro, WI and Bob Gilligan (Tiffany) of Crystal, MN.; and her nieces and nephews, Joseph Reith, Patrick Anderson, Kristin, Brandon Niles, Kelsey and Jess Schmitz.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Brewer Library or a charity of choice.
