He is survived by: his mother Lorena'Lori' Fitzpatrick (Coppernoll) of Richland Center; his wife Tammy Coggins of Richland Center; his children, Shane of Richland Center, Kenneth of Richland Center and Kaylee of Richland Center; his brother Charles Fitzpatrick of Richland Center; his siblings-in-law, Teresa Hart (Chuck) of La Farge, Denise Hatfield (Kenny) of La Farge, Karla Strait (Mike) of La Farge, Patrick Coggins (Janet) of Mauston and Jimmy Coggins (Carrie) of La Farge; and his sister Louise Steele of Turtle Lake.
