It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Trevor Philips of Richland Center, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Virgil; and his brothers, Matthew, Daniel and Samuel. He is survived by: his mother Thelma Phillips of Richland Center; his siblings, David Phillips (Amy) of Sturgeon Bay and Christina Koch (Jamie) of Richland Center; his nieces and nephews, Aleesha Gillingham (Cody) of Beaver Dam, Mikkel, Riel, Rafael Phillips of Sturgeon Bay, Nathaniel Phillips (Megan) of Richland Center, Martina, Mark Jr., Marshall Olson, Clara, Carrie and Robert Koch of Richland Center; his great-niece Kiera Phillips of Richland Center; and his great-nephew Lyncon Gillingham of Beaver Dam.
