He is survived by: his daughters, Brittany Lynn Slaughter, Kaitlyn Sophia Joy Rouse and Natalie May Berg; his girlfriend Heidi Berg; and his siblings, Tom Reynolds (Pam), Tamara'Tammy'Salvadori, John Reynolds (Michele) and Joseph'Joe'Slaughter.
