He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Max and Audrey Ann Mazurczak (Carlson); his siblings, Thomas 'Mountain Man' Mazurczak (Jane) of California, Dennis Mazurczak of Wisconsin and Susan Moser (Peter) of Switzerland; his stepdaughters, Renee Lynn Butler Barnett (Dave Butler) of Portage and Tina; and his close friend Barbara. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
