He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Worthington and Lucy Worthington (Coleman); his parents-in-law, George and Agnes Novak; his daughter-in-law Wilma Worthington; and his siblings, Dewain Worthington, Velva Nelson, Dewey Worthington Jr., Carol Sanders, Nola Raiten, Delmaine Worthington and Velma Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Georgine Novak; his children, Donna Sharp (David) of Hub City, Richard Worthington of Melrose, David Worthington (Kelly) of Richland Center, JoAnne Hagenah (Dirk) of Durand, Brenda Demont (Bob) of Stoughton and Sara Christian (Herman) of Richland Center; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Novak of Fergus Falls, MN. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren;Many great-grandchildren, Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
