He is survived by: his son Ron Mayfield (Lisa Hollingsworth) of Blue River; his grandchildren, Morgan Mayfield, Mason Mayfield, Jayden Mayfield, Jasmin Stenning and Tristan Stenning; his great grandchildren, Easton and Elijah; and his sister Betty Mayfield of Madison. He is also survived by Other relatives and friends.
