He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Ripley and Thelma Ripley (Erickson); his wife Erma Deloris Gray; and his siblings, Clifford Ripley Jr., Arlene Oler Wilder, Pat Greeley and Beverly Ripley.
He is survived by: his sons, Reg (Nicole) of Muscoda and Gary (Linda) of Richland Center; his granddaughter Amy Ripley; his great grandchild Keegan Smith of Mauston; his grandson John Geisler (Debbie); his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Brielle of Richland Center; his brother Ron Ripley Loganville (Joanne); his siblings-in-law, Jim Greeley and Martha Gray; and his cousin Alice Good. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
