He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Balsley and Winnifred Balsley; and his daughters, Gwen and Jackie Balsley. He is survived by: his girlfriend Kathy Brennum; his girlfriend's daughter Karen Young; and also, Ty and Nicole Young. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
