He is survived by: his daughter Ava Victoria Rogers; and his siblings, JoAnna Rogers (Keith Chycinski), Jodi Elenteny (Kevin), Dawn Cates (AJ), Toni Gillette (Dan), Carrie Long and Jon Christiansen, Jr.. He is also survived by many friends and coworkers.
