It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip V. Middleton (Richfield, Wisconsin), born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 8, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Middleton and Joyce Middleton (Myers); his son Daniel; and also, Howard and Anny Mayer.
He is survived by: his wife Barb (Mayer); and his daughters, Lori Cappelletti (Robert) of Woodinville, WA and Michelle Kandler (Christopher) of Appleton, WI.. He is also survived by three siblings, Barb's brothers and sisters and several nieces and nephews.
On Phil's behalf donations are welcome to the American Legion who would provide life-changing assistance and guidance for veterans and their families around the world.
