He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Otte and Emma Otte (Nee Dieball); his daughter Julie Ann; and his brothers, Norman, Clarence and Lawrence.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Connie Hartmann (Ralph) and Karen Carter (Mark).
