It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil Frederick Gagner of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 19, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Peter and Donna Evergreen Gagner (Strangeway); and his siblings, Mary Ann, Janet and Bob.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Hogeboom; his sons, David Gagner (Jenn) and Lloyd Gagner (Lisa); his grandchildren, Justin Radle (Alexis), James Radle, Jade Roatch (Dusty), Zach Vought, Beau Via and Zeanna Via; his great grandchildren, Shelby, Nickolas, Xavior, Susan, Carter, Michael and Iris; his siblings, Ronnie, Mike, Diane, Larry, Steve, Barbara, Vickie and Bruce; his stepmother Alvina Gagner; and his stepsiblings, Sue Woods, Carmen Seever, Darlene Seever and Darrin Seever. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
