She is survived by: her children, Billie Jo Humphrey (Bobby) and Jaris Johnson; her grandchildren, Brittany Klobertanz, Hunter Levy and Robbie Humphrey; her great grandchild Arii Klobertanz; and her brothers, Barry Schaffer (Sherri) and John Schaffer (Evelyn).
