In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Harold had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Harold may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Brooks and Gladys Brooks (Nelson); his son Jerry Brooks; and his sisters, Grace Nicholson (Junior) and Gloria Fecteau (Raymond).
He is survived by: his wife Delores Wilson; his daughters, Cheryl Rains (Ron) of Coon Rapids, MN, Jan Williams (Dick) of Isanti, MN and Lori Bird (Ian) of Lindon, UT; and his daughter-in-law Ronda Barfknecht-Brooks of Tony, WI. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rice Lake American Legion (1404 Macauley Ave, Rice Lake, WI 54868).
