He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Brown and Bernice Brown (Coddington); his wife Barbara; his siblings, Herman, Lester, Duane, Lyle, Olive Bjugstad, Gladys Flach and Audrey Torp; and his great grandchild Emma Renee Bartes.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Lapcinski (Tom) of Brill, Darwin Brown (Sandy) of Cumberland, Doreen Crotteau (Mike) of Rice Lake, Doug Brown (Kelly) of Rice Lake and Dwight Brown (Jill) of Rice Lake; his sister Lynette Engebretson (Mark); and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Brown, Janet Brown, Darlene Brown, Bonnie O'Flanagan and Mike Etlicher (Sandy). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
