She is survived by: her husband Jim Jacobson of Rice Lake; her children, Leslie Jacobson (Justin) of Platteville and Matthew Jacobson (Amy) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Erick, Leif and Lincoln; her siblings, Bruce Anderson (Jan), Karen Berning (George) and Debby Sparish (Tom); and her sister-in-law Janet Anderson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
