He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Jeffrey Frolik (Terri Wagener) and Kelly Flach (Brad); his grandchildren, Jesse Frolik and Hailey Flach; his stepchildren, Kim, Gary, Sheri and Brent; and his pet Ava. He is also survived by 12 step grandchildren; 13 step great grandchildren; 1 brother; 1 sister.
