He is survived by: his father Mike Berens; his daughter Trianna Salas; his sister Shana Duffy (Brent); his aunts and uncles, Steven Berens (Connie), Rob Schweigel (Ginger Donovan), Sue Kautza (Kevin), Mary Berens and Mary Schweigel; and his cousins, Elizabeth Berens (Jaustin Martinez), Drew Berens, Ashley Berens, Casey Kautza (Nicole), Eric Opper (April), Jared Chrudimsky (Caroline), Jason Chrudimsky, Justin Chrudimsky (Abi), Shane Schweigel, Addicyn, Jax, Ayla, Kenzie, Jaxton, Topher, Owen, Austin, Caleb, Ian, Bailey, Raymond and Tanner.
