He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Clara Zutavern, Sr. (Puhlman); and his wife Patricia Thums. He is survived by: his children, Dan Zutavern (Candy), Terri Pfingsten, Merrill and Steve Zutavern. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
