He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brandner and Celesta Brandner (Leischer); his siblings, Robert Brandner, Larry Brandner, Bruce Brandner and Janice Brandner; and his brothers-in-law, Don Rhyner and Ed Thums.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marlene Rhyner of Medford, WI, Ronald Brandner (Betty) of Richfield, WI, Shirley Thums of Westboro, Danny Brandner (Diane) of Chelsea and Gail Brandner of Chippewa Falls, WI.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
