He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Wozniczka and Alice Wozniczka (Pence); his sister Teresa Ramker; and his brother-in-law Sam Ramker Sr.. He is survived by: his fiancée Debbie Shepherd; his sisters, Kathee (Jay Kennedy) and Joyce Wozniczka; his children, Jack, Neil, Nathan, Dan, Kimberly, Racheal of Stacey, C. J. and Kristine; and his nephew Sammy Ramker Jr.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many good friends.
