He is survived by: his children, Rosie Rowe, Christina Rowe, Jeffrey Beier Sr. and Les Beier (Kira); and his siblings, Sylvia, Madelyn (Lavern), Doria, Gloria and Randolph "Scooter" Beier (Pat). He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren.
