He was predeceased by: his grandmother Donna Carlson. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Carlson of Rhinelander, WI and Wendy Losik of Elgin, IL.; his sister Chelsey; and his grandparents, Lavonne Lange, Gary Lange, Keith Carlson and Judy Carlson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins, and many friends.
