He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lapp and Florence Lapp; his wife Dolores Lapp; his son John Lapp; his daughter-in-law Colleen Lapp; his grandson James; and his brothers, Bob, Dick and Don.
He is survived by: his children, Jim (Joan) of Lond O Lakes, Jeff of Sebastian, FL and Gail (Gregg) of Land O Lakes. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, & 12 great-grandchildren.
