He was predeceased by: his parents, William McMullen and Betty McMullen (Clough); his granddaughter Leanna; and his brother Joseph McMullen. He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Jennifer McMullen, Jaimie Kaster (Jesse) and John A. McMullen; his grandchildren, Alyssa (Mitch), Kayla, Katelynn, Matthew, Jordan (Amanda), Krystal, Nicole, Sarah and Corey; his great grandchild Finn; and his sisters, Jo Anne Duller (Ken) and Joyce Owens (Steve).
