He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Jurgens and Dorothy Jurgens. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jurgens; his daughters, Tracey Smok (Pete) of Crystal Lake and Jan Steele (Scott) of Poway, CA; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Christina Smok, John, Julia and Jessica Steele.
