She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Lewis and Bonnie Lewis; and her sisters, Judy and Sherry. She is survived by: her children, Dean Bettinger (Denese) and Nick Bettinger (Terri); her grandchildren, Damien Bettinger (Alexis), Robert Bettinger, Megan Bettinger (Jon Yanke) and Jenna Bettinger; her great grandchildren, Haylee Anderson, Maddy Chavez and Vivynn Bettinger; and her sister Linda Terzinski (Larry). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
