He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rupp and Lucille Rupp (Hildreth); his siblings, Douglas, James, Delvin, Virgil and Ruth Rupp; and his sisters-in-law, Donna and Rita Rupp.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Burbach; his children, Randy Rupp (Deanne), Kathy Morris (Kerry) and Kim Haynes; his grandchildren, Melissa Thierfelder (Adam), Melinda Coulman (Christopher) and Adiah Haynes; his great grandchildren, Jaiden, Kali, Rheha and Ryker; his siblings, Shirley Hoffman (Larry), Kenneth, Charles, Merle (Helen) and Delbert Rupp (Jane); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Rupp.
The family is requesting masks be worn and to practice social distancing during your time at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bernard V. Rupp Memorial Fund, which can be mailed to the funeral home at PO Box 245, Platteville, WI 53818.
