He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Billing. He is survived by: his mother Carol Billing (Tank) of Park Falls; and his brothers, Wayne and Larry Billing of Manitowoc. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM and on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM and on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
