He is survived by: his mother Ruby Kay Tuschl (Moffatt); his son Keaston Kozlowski; his grandmother Annette R. Tuschl; his siblings, Amber Tisler (David), Cassondra Mallow (Adam) and Jade Rose Tuschl; the mother of his child Katie Amweg (Kozlowski); his nieces and nephews, Dominic, Dawson, Ashton, Davina Tisler, Noah, Lily Bratz, Cade and Fynn Mallow; and his aunts and uncles, Beverly Tuschl, Michael Tuschl (Annette M.), Joseph Tuschl (Corinne), Christopher Tuschl (Kris Kovacic), Kim Tebo (John), Judith Zipperer (Tom), Diane Peplinski (Scott), Harvey Moffatt Jr. (Ellen) and Lynnette Diedrich (Jeffrey). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
