He was predeceased by: his parents, Corvin Wagner and Arlene Wagner (Borman); his spouse Patricia'Pat'Dlouhy; and his granddaughter Ella Wagner. He is survived by: his children, William Jr. "Bill" Wagner of Reedsburg, Susanne Gardner (Ron) of LaValle, Jennifer Hoege (Tim) of Waunakee and Robert Wagner of LaValle; his grandchildren, Sarah Gardner, Cathryn Sitas (Garrett), Sharesea Busser, Aaron Gardner (Hannielyn), Andrew Gardner, Natalie Hoege, Tim Hoege, Jr. and Emmi Wagner; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Elliana, Asa, Noelle, Aurora and Zalea.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Newport News Veterans Group or Reedsburg's American Legion Post 350.
