She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Henke and Anona Henke (Douglas); and her brothers, Vernon and Evan Henke. She is survived by: her husband Donald "Happy" Hanko of LaValle; her children, Laura Duren (Rob), Sara Hanko, Lisa Padberg (Bryan) and Kevin Hanko; her grandchildren, Denae, Dalen Duren, Amelia, Garrett, Anna Hanko, Jakob, Jaycee Wegner, Kaeden, Isaac, Sawyer and Emmett Padberg; her siblings, Karen Kalepp (Ron) of Reedsburg and Rodney Henke (Jean) of LaValle; her sister-in-law Mary Henke; and her friends, Kay Mears and Shirley Daniels. She is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Farber Funeral Home (2000 Viking Dr, Reedsburg, WI 53959). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (310 Bluff St, La Valle, WI 53941).
