She was predeceased by: her parents, Torge Johnson and May Johnson (Nehls); her husband John Scoles; her brothers, Tom and Bud Johnson; and her siblings-in-law, Gordon Scoles, Jerry Scoles, Bill Biermeier, Helen James and Wanda Biermeier.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Dempsey (Jack) of Wonewoc, Sheri Huebner (Paul) of Beaver Dam and Helen Powell of Reedsburg; her grandchildren, Steve Dempsey (Nikki) of Reedsburg, Jenny Baldwin (Nick) of Wonewoc, Joshua Powell (Jayme) of Reedsburg, Adam Powell (Jessica) of Reedsburg and Amber Horkan (Jerry) of Reedsburg; her great grandchildren, Brooke Dempsey, Brittany Spencer (Kyle), Hunter Dempsey, Brady Baldwin, Charlee Dempsey, Ian, Asher Powell, Dane, Kendal Horkan and Calvin Powell; her great great grandchildren, Heydon, Landon and Rori; her pet Toby; her sisters, Eva Armstrong and Sabra Worden; and her sisters-in-law, Betsy Tennyson, Nancy Dorado, Carole Fowler and Marge Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Reedsburg Fire Department.
