It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sherrill D. Johnson of Reedsburg, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 3, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Sherrill shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sherrill farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon McCombs and Jewell McCombs (Watts); and her siblings, Jane Geer of Florida, Tom McCombs of Illinois and Ron McCombs of Illinois.
She is survived by: her husband Eldon "Jerry" Johnson of Reedsburg, WI.; her former husband Wilbur Garrett; and her children, Bryon Garrett of DesPlaines, IL, Timi Garrett of Sheboygan, WI, Dana Benedetti of Joplin, MO and Krista Franzen of Sheboygan, WI.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, four stepchildren, and several step grandchildren.
