He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Shirley Tobey; his children, Randi Harmer (Albert), Alex Tobey and Andrew Tobey (Grace); his siblings, Ty Tobey (Jean), Roger Tobey, Rodney Tobey, John Tobey (Brenda), Carolynn Stittleburg (Doug), Elizabeth Lins (Richard) and Samuel Tobey (Kat); his father Wayland "Bill" Tobey; and his brothers-in-law, William "Billy" Grell Jr. and Shane Kraemer.
