He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Costerisan and Margaret Costerisan (Good); his brother Don Costerisan; his sisters-in-law, Ardith Curtin and Lin Costerisan Hackbarth; and his son Michael Costerisan.
He is survived by: his wife Carol M. Hinz; and his children, Diane Meyer (Bryan) of Rock Springs, Nancy Liska (Joe) of Loxley, AL and Gerry Costerisan (Tracy) of Reedsburg. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren; along with other relatives and friends.
