She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Jackson and Viva Jackson (Stout); her husband John C. Puhl; her daughter Gail Woodruff; and her daughter-in-law Diann Puhl.

She is survived by: her son Kurt Puhl of Reedsburg; her grandchildren, Heath, Derek Puhl, Amanda Hernandez, Sara Cooper (James), James Tseng and Jon Puhl (Heather); and her great grandchildren, Alexia, Shae, Karson, Kaylee and Thiago.
