Raymond V. Deakin Obituary

The memory of Raymond V. Deakin (Reedsburg, Wisconsin), who passed away on February 17, 2025 at the age of 93, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Deakin (Voigt) and George Deakin; his son-in-law Steve Kunes; and his stepsister Dorothy Merkel. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Michael (Donna Haack), Terry Norman, Janie Mittlesteadt (Darrell), Timothy (Debbie), Russell (Marcia Christensen), Patricia, Judy (Stephen Forrest), Jill Horkan (Kenneth) and Lynn Overend; and his sisters, Yvonne Payne (Roger) and Marlene Weil (Rick). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Farber Funeral Home (2000 Viking Dr, Reedsburg, WI 53959). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
