He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Mazur Jr. (Lois) and Patricia Questard; his children, Josh Mazur (Casey), Andrew Mazur, Erica Lindner, Lesa Lustilla (Jeremy) and Chad Wobschall (Michelle); and his siblings, Michelle Daoust, Kristina Hermanson (Greg) and Jon Mazur (Michelle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
