He was predeceased by: his wife Sandi. He is survived by: his half-sisters, Alva Brown, Erna Frank, Lorna Pesek and Marion Troftgruben; his children, Randall Hughes (Janice) and Lori Penkwitz (Terry); and his grandchildren, Logan, Anna, Jenna Penkwitz, Allison and Zachary Hughes.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Ev Lutheran Church - Reedsburg (307 6th St, Reedsburg, WI 53959). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery (307 6th St, Reedsburg, WI 53959).
